JAMMU, March 7 -- Director General Rural Sanitation Jammu & Kashmir Anoo Malhotra conducted a field visit to inspect the progress and functionality of key assets created under the Swachh Bharat Mission- Gramin (SBM-G). The visit was supported by officials from the Directorate of Rural Sanitation, Block Development Officers (BDOs), the Swahaa team, and the Project Management Unit (PMU).
The visit began with a review of sanitation initiatives, on-ground implementation and impact of the SBM-G. Later she inspected the GOBARdhan Plant and the Plastic Waste Management Unit at Phallian Mandal and Suchetgarh.
