UDHAMPUR, Aug. 16 -- On the auspicious occasion of Independence Day, a grand ceremony of hoisting the national flag was organized at 15th Battalion, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, Udhampur. On this occasion, Director General Shri Rahul Rasgotra, IPS, hoisted the national flag and took the salute of the parade. After hoisting ceremony, he extended his heartfelt greetings to the present Himveers, Veeranganas and their families and said that Independence Day is a day to remember the sacrifices of our martyrs and freedom fighters.
