JAMMU, April 15 -- Devan Singh former sarpanch Panchayat Rathian District Udhampur joined National Conference in presence of the Honble Minister Javed Ahmad Rana, Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest Ecology and Tribal affairs and Provincial President Jammu Province Mr Rattan Lal Gupta at Udhampur.
Welcoming Devan Singh into the party fold, Javed Ahmad Rana described the National Conference as a mass movement that has all along stood for the just cause of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and strived for development and progress of the J&K with a sense of commitment.
