BANDIPORA, Feb. 22 -- The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Bandipora, Shakeel ul Rehman Rather on Thursday chaired a meeting at Mini Secretariat, here to take a thorough review of the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) in the district.
The meeting discussed various works of JJM, including bore wells/ tube wells/dug wells, rapid sand filtration plant, pipe network, Over Head Tanks and other electro mechanical works.
The chair was apprised that in Jal Shakti Division (JSD) Bandipora, 175 works of 66 water supply schemes (WSS) were taken up, out of which 168 were tendered and 55 works stand completed as on date.
