KATHUA, Sept. 24 -- District Development Commissioner, O.P Bhagat today chaired first District Skill Committee, here at DC office complex.

Nodal Officer JKEDI Virpartap Singh, LDM Kathua Narain Singh, Superintendent ITI Kathua Naresh Singh and representatives of JK Skill Dev. Mission were also present.
