REASI, April 17 -- District Development Commissioner Nidhi Malik, who is also Chairperson of the District Jal Jeevan Mission, today chaired a comprehensive review meeting to assess the progress of Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) initiatives in the district.
The meeting focused on physical and financial progress, status of completed works, Har Ghar Jal Certifications, number of water quality tests conducted, geo-tagged documentation, and submission of Action Taken Reports.
A detailed presentation was delivered, highlighting that out of 121 Water Supply Schemes sanctioned under JJM in Reasi district, 73 have been completed. A scheme-wise and subdivision-wise analysis was conducted to identify implementation bottlenecks and track progress.
