REASI, Sept. 3 -- On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Reasi Nidhi Malik, explanations have been sought from several officers and officials who were found absent from duty amid the ongoing relief operations.
In view of the inclement weather conditions, the District Administration Reasi has been actively engaged in relief and restoration operations across the district under the supervision of the Deputy Commissioner. To ensure uninterrupted functioning of essential services, the General Administration Department (GAD) as well as the District Administration had already cancelled the leaves of officers and officials.
