REASI, June 17 -- In preparation for International Yoga Day scheduled on June 21, a meeting of stakeholder departments was convened today to finalise the necessary arrangements. Deputy Commissioner Nidhi Malik chaired the meeting.
As per the plan, a Mega Yoga Session will be organised at General Zorawar Singh Sports Stadium in wee hours to mark the global celebration of Yoga and promote its numerous health benefits among the general public. Similar events will be held at the subdivision level, in colleges, schools and at potential tourist spots.
