RAMBAN, July 23 -- Deputy Commissioner Ramban Mohammad Alyas Khan today chaired a meeting to finalize arrangements for the upcoming Sampoornata Abhiyan celebration in Aspirational Block Khari and the 7-Day Aakansha Haat (Mela) at Ramban.
