KUPWARA, Dec. 1 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Shrikant Suse, today chaired a meeting of revenue officers to review key matters pertaining to the Revenue Department.
The meeting was attended by ADC Kupwara, Gulzar Ahmad Khan; ADC Handwara, Javid Naseem Masoodi; ACR Kupwara, Peerzada Mumtaz Ahmad; SDM Lolab, Mudassir Ahmad; all Tehsildars of the district, and other concerned officers.
At the outset, the DC reviewed the rehabilitation process for terror victims, directing Tehsildars to expedite verification of genuine cases to ensure timely benefits under SRO-43. He also assessed progress made on removal of encroachments on the properties of terror victims.
