KISHTWAR, Feb. 21 -- Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Kumar Shavan today chaired a review meeting to assess the implementation of the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) schemes in the District.
The meeting was aimed at evaluating the progress of the mission, identifying challenges, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of potable water to every household.
Speaking at the meeting, the DC emphasized the importance of expediting the Mission works to meet the national target of providing functional tap water connections to all rural households by 2025.
