DODA, Dec. 25 -- The Deputy Commissioner Doda, Harvinder Singh today conducted a surprise inspection of the ongoing restoration and soil stabilization works at Y-Junction on Doda-Pul Doda road.
During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner Doda reviewed the progress of work being carried out to address damage caused by the landslide near the Grid Station area that occurred in September 2025.
He interacted with the officials of the concerned departments on-site and issued necessary directions to expedite the repair and stabilization process, while ensuring quality and safety standards.
In view of the ongoing restoration work and in the interest of public safety, traffic on the affected stretch has been suspended till 27th of December 2025.
