BARAMULLA, July 8 -- In a proactive initiative to accelerate developmental activities under the Capex Budget 2025-26, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Baramulla, Minga Sherpa, chaired two sector-wise review meetings at the DC Office Baramulla to assess physical and financial progress across departments.
The first meeting focused on key departments including Irrigation, Public Works Department (R&B), Education (Elementary and Secondary), Youth Services & Sports, Health, and Public Health Engineering (PHE). Departmental officers presented PowerPoint presentations highlighting the status of ongoing projects.
DC conducted a detailed review, stressing transparency, optimal fund utilization, and strict quality control in project execution.
