AMRITSAR, Jan. 2 -- DAV College Amritsar heralded the beginning of the New Year 2026 with the solemn observance of a Havan Yajna on its campus today. The auspicious ceremony was performed by the College Principal, Dr. Amardeep Gupta, who lit the sacred fire.
Members of the college fraternity, including faculty, staff, and students, gathered to participate in the ritual, offering oblations into the holy fire amidst the chanting of Vedic mantras.
