JAMMU, April 27 -- Department of Animal Husbandry (DAH), Jammu today celebrated World Veterinary Day-2024 at Kisan Kendra, Talab Tillo here.
To commemorate the day, a seminar on role played by veterinarians through promotion of animal health and welfare for sustainable livestock production was held.
This year's theme is 'Veterinarians are Essential Health Workers.'
The event was graced by Dr. Waheeda Parveen, Director Animal Husbandry Jammu as the chief guest.
