JAMMU, Dec. 15 -- On 14.12.2025, a complaint was lodged by Neelam Kumari W/o Balbir Kumar R/o Talhar, Tehsil Arnia, District Jammu, regarding a brutal attempt to murder of her brother Manoj Kumar @ Moja near Montessori School, Kotli Gala Bana, R.S. Pura. The complainant stated that accused Ashu Choudhary and karan Kumar@Anil Kumar @ Nandi, armed with sharp-edged weapons (tokas), intercepted and launched a murderous attack on her brother with the intent to kill, reflecting clear criminal conspiracy and intent.
