JAMMU, Nov. 20 -- The Composite Regional Centre (CRC) Jammu (Samba) under the administrative control of PDUNIPPD, New Delhi, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India and The Association of the Deaf and Aphasic, Jammu, have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster collaboration in the fields of rehabilitation, allied health training, and capacity building for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
