SRINAGAR, Jan. 12 -- The COVID-19 recovery rate in Jammu & Kashmir reached 97 percent as 355 virus affected patients recovered today. With 113 new cases the total number of positive cases reached 1, 22,651; the death toll reached 1,911 following one death in past 24 hours.
Srinagar district reported 42 new cases of Corona Virus followed by Jammu district 35 cases, Budgam district seven cases, Kupwara and Udhampur districts five cases each, Pulwama district four cases, Bandipora district three cases, Anantnag, Rajouri and Kathua districts two cases each and Baramulla, Ganderbal, Kulgam, Shopian, Kishtwar & Poonch districts one case each. Doda, Ramban, Reasi and Samba districts reported no case.
