SRINAGAR, Oct. 30 -- The COVID-19 recovery rate in the union territory of Jammu & Kashmir reached 91 percent as 588 more virus affected patients were discharged today from different hospitals. The number of positive cases reached 93,764 following 551 new cases with the death toll reaching 1466 after 11 fresh deaths.
