JAMMU, Feb. 5 -- The Court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu, Anoop Kumar Sharma, has rejected the bail plea of three accused arrested in the alleged assault on a practising advocate at Cannon Bar, Vikram Chowk.
The accused-Abrahim Burrat, Ricky Teji and Styris Teji-had approached the court seeking bail in FIR No. 16/2026, registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, under Sections 191(2)/115(2)/126(2)/352/351(2) of the BNS.
Appearing for the applicants, Ms. Zahida Parveen, Advocate, and Mr. Gorav Arora, Advocate, argued for bail, while the UT of J&K was represented by Mr. Arvind Rathore, Ld. APP.
