Srinagar, Feb. 13 -- A Pulwama-based businessman has been acquitted in a Rs 13 lakh cheque bounce case after the Court of Sub Judge Srinagar ruled that the complainant failed to establish the existence of a legally enforceable debt, a mandatory requirement for conviction under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
