Srinagar, April 14 -- District Congress Committee (DCC) Srinagar in a function held at Party Office paid floral tributes to Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R Ambedkar and recollected his selfless services and sacrifices towards Nation Building, terming him a great statesman and visionary leader, who ensured protection of every section of the people enshrined in the Constitution.
