JAMMU, Jan. 30 -- Congress observed the martyrdom day of father of nation Mahatma Gandhi today in a simple function at PCC HQ Shahidi Chowk Jammu.
President JKPCC Shri Tariq Hameed Karra presided over the function and attend by Working Presidents Shri Tara Chand & Shri Raman Bhalla.
