Jammu, Nov. 28 -- Civil Defence Camp of 05 days C.D Training was Concluded at Govt. Medical College Jammu. During the Training 150 Civil Defence Volunteers of G. Active Security have been imparted the techniques of First Aid, CPR, Fire Fighting and conduct of rescue operations during any disaster/eventuality. The training was carried on under close supervision of Dy. SP Shashi Thakur, Dy. Controller Civil Defence, Jammu. Speaking on the occasion, Dy. Controller Civil Defence Jammu highlights the importance and role of Civil Defence in the human life and also stressed upon the motto of the Civil Defence i.e, selfless services of C. D Volunteer to the nation as and when required.
