JAMMU, Feb. 9 -- The CID Counter-Intelligence Jammu has achieved a major operational success by arresting one Hilal Ahmed Bhat, S/o Mohd Assad Ullah Bhat, R/o Poshpora, Kupwara, at Present Bhagani Talab Mohalla, Raipur Domana, Jammu and executed the absconder warrant issued under section 512 CrPC against the accused Hilal Ahmed Bhat and his father, namely Mohd Assad Ullah Bhat, S/o Ghulam Mohd Bhat, R/o Poshpora, Kupwara, by the Hon'ble Court of Principal Session Judge, Jammu.
These accused persons were wanted in a Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) case, FIR No. 05/2007 U/s 489A, 489B & 489C RPC of Police Station CID (CI), Jammu and have been absconding for a prolonged period of 10 years. They have deliberately evaded the process of law du...
