Jammu, April 28 -- Nearly a week after the cowardly and barbaric terrorist attack in the Baisaran Valley of the picturesque Pahalgam resort in South Kashmir's Anantnag district, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has formally taken over the investigation. The attack, which took place on April 22, claimed the lives of 26 unarmed, innocent people - all tourists except one.
