RAMBAN, Sept. 3 -- Additional Deputy Commissioner Ramban Varunjeet Singh Charak, who also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), today chaired a meeting of key departments to review scale of rain and flash-flood induced damage to public infrastructure in the district.
The ADC took stock of damages to both public and private infrastructure, the progress of restoration works and other relevant information pertaining to agriculture and allied sectors.
The meeting was attended by ACR Shokat Hayat Mattoo; CPO Dr. Shakeeb Ahmed Rather; Executive Engineers of PWD, JPDCL, PMGSY and Jal Shakti, Tehsildars and other concerned officers.
