Jammu, Aug. 6 -- Arrested by the Miran Sahib Police two days ago, a B.Tech student of the Central University of Jammu, who is a native of Bihar's Siwan area, is supplying weapons to the gangsters of Jammu province.

In a major breakthrough against organized crime, Miran Sahib Police have arrested a B.Tech student of the Central University of Jammu for allegedly supplying illegal weapons to gangsters operating across Jammu province.

The accused, identified as Kaif Ahmed, son of Shami Ahmed, hails from Barharian near Masjid, Siwan district of Bihar, a region known for its criminal networks. He was arrested on Monday and is believed to be the main supplier of arms to criminal gangs active in the Jammu, Samba, and Kathua districts.
