JAMMU, Jan. 28 -- A delegation of Chamber of Commerce & Industry Jammu led by its President Arun Gupta today called on MD& CEO J&K bank Amitava Chatterjee at Zonal Headquarters Jammu and apprised him about various problems / issues concerning the business community of Jammu. He said that the customer services at the operational level needs to be improved.
Arun Gupta apprised the Managing Director and CEO J&K Bank that the interest rates on Bank loans are higher as compared to other banks. The same should be slashed down and the rate of interest for new startups be reduced besides this the processing charges be also brought down at par with other banks.
