Srinagar, Dec. 13 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Crime Branch Kashmir has filed a chargesheet before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar, against four individuals in connection with a Rs.53 lakh land-sale fraud case.
