JAMMU, Feb. 20 -- Central Bureau Investigation/ Anticorruption Bureau registered a case against Jammu & Kashmir Police Officer rank of DYSP in Disproportionate Assets Case.
According to the CBI that information has been received from reliable source to the effect that Sh. Adil Mushtaq S/o Sh. Sheikh Mushtaq Ahmad had joined as Dy. Superintendent of Police, Kashmir Police Services (KPS), in the Govt, of J&K, on 25th August, 2015 and during the period of his service from 25.08.2015 to 19.09.2023, he has amassed huge assets, in his name as well as in the name of his wife Mrs. Syed Aruj Sadat, which are disproportionate to their known sources of income. Shri Adil Mushtaq joined J&K Police as Dy.SP on 25.08.2015.
