Jammu, Feb. 21 -- The Special Crime Wing (SCW), Crime Branch Jammu has filed a charge-sheet in FIR No. 13/2024 under Section 420 IPC against Rajinder Singh Manhas R/o Purkhoo Domana, Jammu in connection with a land fraud case involving Rs 2,00,000/-.
The case originated from a complaint alleging that the accused had executed an Agreement to Sell dated 01-04-2022 for 05 marlas of land at Revenue Village Purkhoo Garhi, Jammu, and received Rs 2,00,000/- as advance out of a total sale consideration of Rs 12,50,000/-. The accused allegedly failed to execute the sale deed and was later found to have no title or ownership over the said land.
