Jammu, April 28 -- Crime Branch (CB) has filed five chargesheets in courts of law against eighteen (18) accused for different frauds involving aggregate amount of Rs 8.79 crores approx.
After allegations were proved, CB has produced challan against Mohd Farid S/o Bashir Ahmed R/o Village Maroli Govindsar, Kathua, against whom FIR was registered on the written complaint of Shokat Ali S/o Bashir Ahmed R/o Bani, District Kathua wherein he alleged that accused Mohd Farid got government job and promotions on fake educational documents and retired as Deputy Inspector in Fisheries Department Kathua.
