Jammu, Sept. 14 -- The Crime Branch has booked directors of a private company, proprietor of another company, notorious scammers, a Govt employee among eight for big frauds involving Rs 3.11 crore and securing job on fake qualification certificate.
In pursuance of court directions, an FIR has been registered on the complaint of Guninder Jeet Singh Wazir of Trikuta Nagar Jammu against Promotor Directors of Shreekatyani Metal Pvt.Ltd namely Nitin Gupta & Nidhi Gupta of Yojna Vihar Delhi and Nitin Maheshwari of Suryanagar Gaziabad (U.P).for fraudulently & dishonestly causing wrongful loss of Rs 2.64 crore to the complainant and wrongful gain to themselves.
