Jammu, April 3 -- Crime Branch has booked seven accused including owner of a paramedical Institute and a property dealer for alluring and duping several innocent people of Jammu & Himachal of Rs. 1.32 crores approximately on different pretexts.

In a statement here a CB spokesman said that five cases of fraud have been registered by the Crime Branch to thoroughly investigate big frauds.

The accused owner of paramedical institution Kunjwani namely Irshad Ahmed S/o Gulam Ahmed R/O Dangerpora Pulwama (Kashmir) has been booked on the complaint of Amardeep Singh R/O Nanak Nagar, Jammu for duping him of Rs. 15.00 lakhs on the pretext of providing jobs to three candidates .
