JAMMU, Feb. 1 -- Senior BJP leader and former deputy chief minister Kavinder Gupta on Saturday lauded the Union Budget 2025, taking into account its key provisions for supporting the middle class, bolstering public edifice, and promoting all-round economic growth.
In a press statement, the BJP stalwart leader extended strong support to PM Narendra Modi and FM Nirmala Sitharaman for introducing a new tax slab, where individuals with an annual income up to Rs. 12 lakh will be exempt from paying income tax.
