Budgam, Jan. 3 -- In a firm move to enforce District Administration directives and safeguard digital security, Budgam Police have launched decisive action against the unauthorized use of Virtual Private Network (VPN) services across the district, booking offenders and initiating legal proceedings against violators.

Following prohibitory orders issued by the District Administration on 29 December 2025 banning unauthorized VPN usage, Budgam Police carried out systematic verification and monitoring.
