Rajouri, June 1 -- On the intervening night of 31st May and 1st June 2025, the police carried out an important operation at Thalka Naka to stop illegal transportation of bovine animals. During the operation, three vehicles were intercepted, which were found to be involved in the illegal smuggling of Bovine Animals. The vehicle numbers are:
After checking the vehicles, the police found 20 bovine animals loaded in a cruel and unsafe manner, without following the proper rules. This act was a clear violation of the order issued by the District Magistrate of Rajouri, which bans transportation of bovine animals without permission.
