Jammu, June 5 -- A blue-eyed officer is eyeing Registrar's post at Jammu University and has started hectic lobbying to gain support to secure the prestigious office in the varsity.
Sources told Early Times that possible reshuffle is likely to take place, as the term of incumbent Dean Academic Affairs (DAA) will end this month.
They said that "after stalling the process of his demotion, recommended by the University Council around eight years back, the blue eyed officer of all the former Vice Chancellors of JU since 2012 is trying his best to secure the post."
