Leh, Sept. 25 -- A Bharatiya Janata Party sitting councilor from Saspol constituency on Thursday resigned from the party and joined the apex body of Ladakh, demanding constitutional right under 6th schedule.
Tsering Wangdus, a sitting councilor from Saspol constituency said that he has resigned from the BJP and joined the apex body to represent the sentiments of Ladakhi people and demand 6th schedule for the region.He said he along with all the Sarpanchs and Panchs has joined the apex body.
"As a senior leader I feel that it's really appropriate for me to work along with the senior most leaders who are part of the apex body," he said.
He said that he was also not called to the party meeting today but he had already conveyed to the party ...
