The journalists on Monday staged a protest against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) outside the BJP head office at Trikuta Nagar here.
The journalists said that they were asked to leave from party office bearers meeting by party national general secretary (org).
Taking serious exception to the same, the journalists entered into heated arguments with BJP leadership and left the venue in protest.
The even warned to boycott BJP functions and party programmes in future and left the hall.
Some journalists said if they were not to be allowed to enter the office bearers meeting then why invitations were sent to them.
