Jammu, June 1 -- Adv. Rattan Lal Gupta, Provincial President of Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC), has strongly countered the hollow and misleading allegations levelled by BJP leader, stating that the issues being faced by the people of J&K today are a direct consequence of the dual governance system imposed after August 5, 2019 and the subsequent downgrading of J&K stable state into a Union Territory.
