JAMMU, April 28 -- Rattan Lal Gupta, Provincial President of Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, has asserted that BJP govt failed to fulfill the promises made with KP's migrants whether it was dignified rehabilitation special package for employment to the youths or enhancement of monthly cash assistance.
The senior NC leader was speaking while interacting with a delegation of Kashmiri camps and non camps migrants headed by Bushan Lal Bhat, Chairman of J&K NC Minority Cell and Ex MLC, at Sher-e-Kashmir Bhawan Jammu.
