Jammu, March 2 -- JKPCC President Tariq Hameed Karra has lashed out at BJP for doing injustice to the people of Jammu & Kashmir by not fulfilling the commitment for statehood, since people didn't give BJP mandate to rule in J&K.
Addressing a large gathering of Congress workers here today, Shri Karra acvused BJP of giving punishment to the people of J&K as the party didn't get mandate to rule UT in the recent assembly elections. BJP wants to now rule by proxy through LG administration. This is great injustice to the people and a betrayal after repeated commitments for early restoration of statehood and this is defiance of Supreme Court direction also.
