Bharatiya Janata Party has appointed one more 'Chowkidar' by awarding coveted post of Director of Asian Roll Ball Federation [ARBF] to Ruchi Chouhan Khan wife of retired IPS officer and National Secretary of BJP Farooq Khan, who is the incumbent administrator of Lakshadweep.
An analyst said that only qualification for Ruchi Chouhan Khan for the post of ARBF Director is that she is the wife of Khan. "I don't think people expect their Chowkidars to appoint the politically connected persons at the posts, which are meant for deserving candidates," he added.
