JAMMU, Aug. 27 -- The students of BEE ENN College of Nursing visited today at Red Cross Bhawan, Kachi Chawni, Jammu, for an educational exposure visit aimed at understanding the humanitarian activities, functioning, and objectives of the Indian Red Cross Society.
During the visit, the students were given an overview of the various welfare initiatives of the Red Cross including disaster relief, health and care services, blood donation drives, community outreach programs, and support for the underprivileged sections of society. Special emphasis was laid on the role of Youth Red Cross in fostering humanitarian values, leadership, volunteerism, and social responsibility among the younger generation.
