JAMMU, Oct. 25 -- In a major step toward strengthening youth empowerment and employment generation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday distributed appointment letters to over 51,000 young people across the country under the 17th Rozgar Mela (Employment Fair) programme. The event, held through video conferencing, witnessed enthusiastic participation from candidates representing every state and union territory of India.
