Batting first, the hosts compiled 161 for 7, with skipper Raj Kumar Bakshi setting the tempo through a fluent 40 off 28 deliveries, supported by Niranjan Singh's composed 38. A late burst from Sandeep Bakshi carried the innings past the 160-run mark in the stipulated 20 overs.
