RAMBAN, April 20 -- In a significant step towards strengthening the healthcare infrastructure in the district, and in line with the priorities of Deputy Commissioner Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary, AYUSH Pharmacist course has been introduced for the first time at the Ancillary Nursing & Midwifery Training (ANMT) School Ramban.

This pioneering initiative aims to create a skilled workforce in the field of traditional Indian medicine. Alongside the ten students enrolled in the newly launched AYUSH Pharmacist course, over 90 trainees from other healthcare streams including Female Multi-Purpose Health Worker (FMPHW), Medical Assistant, and Laboratory Assistant courses are also being introduced to the fundamentals of the Ayurvedic system of medicine. ...
