JAMMU, May 8 -- In a humanitarian initiative, the Management of Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences (ASCOMS) & Hospital, led by its President Swami Prem Vivekanand, has announced free-of-cost treatment for victims of border shelling and firing incidents.
In a statement issued by Dr. Gautam Mengi, Joint Secretary of ASCOMS & Hospital, it was conveyed that the Governing Body of the institution has taken this step as a moral responsibility to serve the nation and extend support to those living under the constant threat of cross-border hostility.
